Materials and Equipment
Access to PestPac on a desktop format.
Procedure
If a potential customer has a scheduled time to meet with a Good Earth Technician, then cancels and we do not go to the property, the field sheet should be filed under their last name in the pest service folders, and they do not need to be added to the PestPac system.
However, they should be added as a client if there is pertinent information that other Good Earth employees should know for the future. If a Good Earth Employee steps on someone’s property, reference OF.285 or OF.290 for the process on entering a lead into PestPac.
- Login to PestPac using your username and password. Company Key = 104603
- From the landing page, click the + Customer button in the upper left corner.
- You will now be on the Add Location From this point, enter all the information that you have collected. All required fields are indicated with red text.
-
- First and last name (or Company name)
- Street, State and Zip Code
- Phone number
- Branch (Portland, Eugene, or Main Branch)
- To identify which branch, reference the Google Grids Map
- Source (How did the client hear about us?)
- Map Code
- Regarding the Map Code field, see 675 Finding the Map Code for an account.
- In Instructions section, include the target pest as well as a cross street (noted X ST – Street name). The cross street helps technicians locate the destination if there are issues with cell service or GPS.
Example Instructions: Target: Spiders, X ST - Philomath Blvd.
- Once all the proper information is entered, click the Add button in the upper right corner.
