Commercial facility/Apartment Complex Pricing
For organic, unusual, large commercial accounts, or schools, work with your manager to construct a proper proposal and customized service program.
Any account with a commercial kitchen should be serviced at EOM or Monthly intervals.
Ideally, apartment/condo complexes should also be serviced at EOM or Monthly intervals. We can offer quarterly service to meet budget constraints of the client.
For apartment, condo and townhouse complexes use the following guide for pricing ongoing service:
First establish the follow-up cost:
$40 - $100+ per building depending on size and number of units per building.
Second, establish the initial cost:
Multiply the total quarterly cost by 1.3 to find the Initial cost.
If the complex is for a current client or it is brand new and very clean, then the initial can be performed at the quarterly rate.
Example
An apartment complex has 10 buildings, each with 6 units. It’s clean and has easy access around the perimeter of each building. They are looking for insect coverage only, and currently have small ants in 3 separate units. First, establish the follow up cost per building.
Per building follow up cost = $55 (based on size and ease of treatment)
55 x 10 (number of buildings) = $550 < This is their Quarterly follow up service cost.
$550 x 1.3 = $715 < This is their Initial Service cost
We can also add rodent monitors around garbage/recycling areas if they would like us too. Before we install the monitors, we must get an odor disclosure if there was no exclusion done by Good Earth.
