Sending a review invite using Podium mobile

1. Sign into the Podium app (username = your email, password is set up individually by each person).
2. From the landing page, select the + in the bottom right corner.
3. Select Message to start a conversation.
4. From this screen, you can enter the client’s mobile phone number (this is the best way to get a review.)
   1. If the client has a previous Podium conversation, then their name or number will show up below. Click on their name to open the conversation.
   2. If the client does not have a previous Podium conversation, then add their full name to start a
      new one.

There are two simple ways to send a review invite. The first is to use one of the templates preloaded into Podium. These will automatically create a custom message that will prompt the client to leave a review.

5. To use a template, tap the icon to open the templates. Select a template that has “Review
   Invitation” in the title. Once selected, the message will be created with information filled in (your name, client’s name, etc.) Double check that the information is correct and then hit .

6. You can create a custom message with the review link included. To do this, create your message and
   then tap the icon in the lower left corner. This will bring up a menu, select Review Invitation to add
   the link to your message. Hit .

Here is an example of message you could create:

“Hey Mrs. Jones, this is Mike with Good Earth Pest. Thank you for meeting with me today. Those ants
should clear up over the next week or so. If you have a minute, would you mind leaving me a review using this link? Thank you and have a great day!” (Insert Review Link)
